Parties, militias, gov't, stole over 30,000 Christians homes

Over 30,000 Christian homes have been seized by force in Baghdad, Basra al-Nasiriya, al-Oumara, Babel and al-Kut, MP Joseph Seliwa said on Wednesday.

In a televised interview, Seliwa said that Iranian Militias in Iraq and Syria (IMIS), corrupt governmental officials and real-estate mafias affiliated with Iraqi political parties have forced these Christian out of their homes.

Many local, international human rights organizations have accused IMIS militias of committing sectarian atrocities against Iraqi civilians, as the group seeks to carry out Iranian Mullah's Shiite crescent scheme in the country.
