In an airstrike carried out by US-led coalition jets, an ISIS leader in charge of snipers training was killed in the right bank of Mosul, Military Intelligence Directorate said on Saturday.
In a statement, the directorate revealed that the airstrikes were conducted upon receiving information from the directorate that spotted ISIS Kuwaiti leader Abu Abdullah al-Kuwaiti at al-Seha neighborhood in the right bank of Mosul.
These efforts are part of an offensive launched on 19th of February by US-backed Iraqi forces, supported by Iranian-backed sectarian IMIS Shiite militias to oust ISIS terrorists from Mosul their last major stronghold in Iraq.
