Four ISIS terrorists have been killed and ten others injured in airstrikes conducted on the western parts of Kirkuk, a security source said Friday.
The jets of the US-led coalition hit positions of ISIS in the village of Borgon, 35 KM southwest of Kirkuk, killing a top leader within the terror group named Abu Qatada al-Uzbeki.
The source, who requested anonymity, said that the operation was carried out upon receiving intelligence information.
This operation is a severe blow to the terrorist group, the source noted.
Jets of the US-led coalition bomb ISIS positions on a daily basis, inflicting heavy casualties in the ranks of the terrorists.
