US-led Coalition jets have killed several ISIS leaders in western Mosul, as revealed in a statement from the Iraqi Intelligence on Friday.
The statement asserted that US-led Coalition executed airstrikes on ISIS posts upon receiving information from the military intelligence of their locations.
The airstrikes killed Abu Maryam al-Hadeidi, leader in charge of ISIS terrorists in Musheirifa, as well as four Russian leaders in al-Seha neighborhood in the right bank of Mosul.
These efforts come as part of an offensive launched on 19 of February by the US-backed Iraqi forces supported by Iranian-backed sectarian IMIS Shiite militias to oust ISIS terrorists from Mosul, their last major stronghold in Iraq.Last Modified: 04 21 2017 11:46 AM
