Iraq's former national security adviser,
Mowaffaq al-Rubaie said the country's foreign minister, Ibrahim
al-Jaafari, may be suffering severe mental disorders, a video obtained by the
Baghdad Post revealed Monday.
Rubaie said in the video posted on his official FB account
that Jaafari had criticized him for calling the government to impose a curfew in
Baghdad in February 2006 afetr detonating two Shia shrines.

Jaafar was Iraq's PM and Commander in Chief of the armed
forces at he time of the bombings.
The video reveals Jaafari admitting that he had not
announced the curfew for unspecified reasons, paving the way for a sectarian
war in Baghdad and other districts.
Rubaie further accused Jaafari of corruption for having
numerous properties in London and Dubai while he was "receiving social
aids from the UK authorities" when he was living in London.
