Kurdistan's Peshmerga Affairs Ministry asserted on Wednesday that its participation in Kirkuk's Hawija operations must be done according to an agreement with Baghdad's government.
In a press statement, Peshmerga's Media Chief Halkord Hekmat said that Peshmerga must reach an agreement with Baghdad's government to participate in these operations.
He added that the Peshmerga hasn't reached any agreements yet, noting there will be a series of talks and negotiations between Baghdad and Erbil to reach the means for Peshmerga's participation in Hawija operations.Last Modified: 09 13 2017 10:20 PM
