Iraqi security forces uncovered on Sunday dozens of explosive belts and barrels hidden by ISIS terrorists at the cemeteries of the right bank of Mosul, Nineveh Police chief Wathiq al-Hamadani.
In a press statement, al-Hamadani said that the 4th Regiment of the Police forces uncovered over 18 explosive belts and dozens of chemical barrels used by ISIS terrorists to manufacture booby-traps and improvised explosive devices.
He added that this comes as part of an operation to clear the right bank of Mosul from ISIS war remnants.
This comes in wake of the fall of ISIS' stronghold in Mosul by Iraqi forces on June 29th.
