A top ISIS leader was killed was killed by an Iraqi Air Force raid at al-Qa'im district in western Anbar, a security source said on Wednesday.
The source said that Emad al-Mahalawi was the leader in charge of recruiting terrorists, and was responsible for the death of over 50 of them.
