Decayed bodies of the civilians and ISIS terrorists are still spreading across the streets of Mosul and under the rubble of the buildings and were not being removed, reports said Thursday.
These bodies have become the main problem for the residents of the city. They fear that ISIS terrorists may have planted explosive devices under the rubble during the clashes with the Iraqi forces.
Earlier last month, Iraqi prime minister Haider al-Abadi declared the utter fall and collapse of ISIS in Mosul.
The battle to retake Mosul began last October, with coordinated attacks by Kurdish Peshmerga from the east and Iraqi army units pushing up from the south.
