Sinjar's female fighters join Euphrates Wrath in Syria's Raqqa

A number of female fighters of  Ezidxan Women's Units in Sinjar city in northern Iraq has joined "Euphrates Wrath" campaign to free Yazidi women who have been captured by ISIS as sex slaves, a source revealed in Monday. 

Jian Filat, a commander in Ezidxan Women's Units , said that female fighters are fighting ISIS fearlessly to avenge the massacres committed by the terrorists group against women.   

The female fighters also joined "Euphrates Wrath" campaign to facilitate Yazidi women's return to Sinjar to live in dignity. 

Euphrates Wrath is a military campaign launched by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), backed by the US-led international coalition, in November 2016 to liberate Syria's Raqqa from ISIS' grip. 
Nineveh Governorate Council announced on Saturday the formation of a joint commission to search for kidnapped Yazidi civilians in Mosul.

It was reported that over 3047 Yazidis are still in ISIS' captivity after the liberation of Mosul.

On Thursday, the Iraqi forces have liberated three Yazidi women in the Old City in Mosul's right bank.
