More than 4,000 displaced families have returned to their residences in Anbar and Nineveh governorates after three years of displacement, the Iraqi Department of Displaced and Migration in Babil Governorate announced Tuesday.
It added that more families are get back home after the final exams of their children are finished.
This comes as there is an offensive launched by US-backed security forces, supported by Iranian-backed sectarian IMIS Shiite militias to oust ISIS terrorists from Iraq.
