Three Iraqis were killed and 13 others injured on Thursday in two separate bombings in Baghdad, security officials said.
In a press statement, a police official said, "An explosive device exploded near a popular market in al-Nasr area of the Abu Ghraib district in western Baghdad, leaving two civilians killed and eight injured".
"Another bombing in front of a store in Al-Sakalat Street in Al-Resala district, west of Baghdad, killed one person and wounded five others," he added.
The security authorities opened an investigation into the two bombings, which are suspected to be carried out by ISIS terrorists, the officials said.
