On Iran, US VP says Washington won't repeat mistakes of past

Vice president of the United States Mike Pence on Monday took to Twitter to express solidarity with the protesters.

 

He also asserted the US will not let the protesters down.

For the fifth straight day, protesters have been pouring onto streets across Iran, demanding change of the entire regime.
