The White House again voiced its support on Sunday for the people in Iran protesting its government, while criticizing any efforts by Tehran to censor them, The Hill reported.
"We support the right of the Iranian people to express themselves peacefully. Their voices deserve to be heard," White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said in a statement.
"We encourage all parties to protect this fundamental right to peaceful expression and to avoid any actions that contribute to censorship," she continued.
